Returns Policy

Thanks for ordering a print from me. I want you to be happy with what arrives, so here’s how I handle returns and issues.

Damaged or faulty items

If your print turns up damaged or there’s a fault with it, just let me know within 14 days of receiving it.
Please email a quick photo of the issue along with your order number. I’ll replace the print or refund you — whichever you prefer.

Change of mind

Because each print is made to order, I can’t offer returns or refunds if you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong size. If you’re unsure about anything before ordering, feel free to get in touch and I can help you choose the right option.

Wrong item received

If something goes sideways and you receive the wrong print, I’ll sort it straight away. Let me know within 14 days and I’ll send the correct one out at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it’ll be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take a few working days to show up.
