Thanks for ordering a print or framed print from me. I want you to be happy with what arrives, so here’s how I handle returns and issues.
To Make Return
For any return or issue, email me here with the details. Please include your name, order number, and a short note about what’s happened and where valid I’ll send a returns label at no cost to you.
Damaged or faulty items
As all prints and frames are produced to order, returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty items within 14 days of delivery.
Returns shipping
Please return your product(s) in original packaging where possible.
Replacements and Refunds
When making your return please ask for a replacement or refund. Once a refunds are approved, it’ll be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take a few working days to show up.
