Hardy Heather
Nature in the forest is diverse in many respects and is a key to its appeal for me. On this morning I’d walked across the across the open plain near Whitefield Plantation – in very dim light before dawn – and continued towards Linwood Nature Reserve. On the path was this small heather a beacon of beautiful colour in amongst the seemingly endless green of the bracken. I’m amazed at how it survives and thrives on this stony path knowing ponies and walkers must pass close by.
Prints are on high quality fine art paper chosen specifically for each photograph and sent flat (not rolled). Each is individually wrapped and delivered free of charge (UK only) in a high quality presentation box. Available at A4, A3 and A3+ sizes.
