On this morning I was struggling to find a composition, and it was really cold.
The pond in this location wasn’t giving me any inspiration, initially there were no ponies either. Then, my luck changed. The sun had just rise and a large number of ponies appeared opposite on the other side of the pond and, started walking round towards me.
I thought I’d go low, lying down so looking up at the beautiful ponies. They got closer and closer so I could get this shot. But, they didn’t stop until the lead pony with the white blaze was standing over me looking a bit confused. I realised I was in the way and needed to move. I did and 15 ponies, nose to tail, walked calmly past.
